The United Nations has always been an important factor in global conflicts. Usually the countries that make up the UN cooperate and work together with most of the countries of the world, but hostility towards the UN and its policies will always be an issue.
Operation Vigilance 3
The year is 2011. The United Nations forces stationed inside of Iraq were ill prepared for the initial assault by the Middle Eastern Alliance. US forces, tasked with policing duties for several years, were slow to react to an advancing and organized army. Although the UN forces sustained fewer casualties in the second conflict, they were pushed back from the key locations in Iraq. The populace, grown tired and weary from the years of policing, seemed to be starting to turn against the UN and the US. The severity of the situation has gathered the attention of the world, and massive troop movements have been shifted to the Middle East.
